We spent months looking for the best factory to produce the best T-Shirts — the very same one that produces some of your favourite designer labels. We're looking forward to visiting the factory on a regular basis, and to building strong personal relationships with the owners. 

We're convinced this hands-on approach is the most effective way to assure our customers of the factory's integrity and its stringent compliance with EU regulations. 


We believe customers have the right to know what their purchases cost to make. At clothPROJECT we reveal our true costs, and then we show you our markup.

In traditional retail a designer Tee is often marked up by up to 10x by the time it reaches the customer. By being online only, we eliminate brick-and-mortar expenses and pass these savings on to you, our customer. 


We constantly challenge the status quo and are never complacent. The clothPROJECT culture means we dissect every single decisions at every level of the company. 

Our philosophy caters to discerning individuals who take nothing for granted and always question why? Why should we not see where and how our products are made? clothPROJECT answers these questions using ethical and transparent practices. Founder, Robin Da Silva Laires was frustrated at the need to pay high prices for designer quality Tees or accept poorer quality tees at lower prices. He was convinced that he could offer the same high quality tees to his friends at a fraction of the price. It was this idea that him to launch clothPROJECT.

And so at 24, whilst graduating from University College London in Management and Engineering, Robin Da Silva launched clothPROJECT during the last year of his studies. 

 European at heart, born to a British mother and Portuguese father, and having lived in Belgium, the multi-cultural background has been the foundation of the vision set out by clothPROJECT: become the European Lifestyle brand, providing modern basics to the conscious millennial.

The team is currently composed of Robin and his brother -  an LSE Law graduate, with years of experience in one of the top consultancy firms. He oversees that quality and ethical standards are maintained throughout operations, and that we remain 100% honest with our customers.

We're a small team for now, but a team you can already rely on and trust nonetheless. Our passion and vision for making people's lives easier, better and more cost-effective drives us to constantly improve and strive to provide the best possible service and product to our customers.
